  • BETNESOL contains betamethasone, which belongs to a group of medicines called steroids

What BETNESOL is used for?


It is indicated for the treatment of:



  • Bronchial asthma

  • Severe hypersensitivity reactions

  • Skin allergies

  • Rheumatoid arthritis

  • Systemic lupus erythematosus

  • Inflammatory skin disorders

  • Ulcerative colitis and crohn's disease

  • Hemolytic anemia (autoimmune)

  • Immunosuppression in transplantation






Directions & For Use












  • Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you


If you take more BETNESOL



  • If you have taken more than prescribed, contact your doctor, or go to nearest hospital immediately

  • Symptoms of overdosage: hypercortisolism


 If you forget to take BETNESOL



  • Take your medicine as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, wait until that is due and then continue as normal. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose


If you stop taking BETNESOL



  • Don’t stop taking this medicine without advice from your doctor
